Could a Gluten-Free Lifestyle Keep You Young?

NBC talks to a triathlete in his 50s who credits a gluten-free diet with his tremendous health. He goes so far as to call gluten ‘poison’, and avoids all grains, gluten-free or not. What do you think? Would you recommend a friend or relative try a gluten free diet even if they didn’t have health effects/symptoms related to it?
