Importance of Dedicated GF Facilities

Just a quick reminder that eating foods “Manufactured in a facility that also processes wheat” posses a big danger to those who are gluten intolerant.

This video was shot by Kinnikinnik Food’s after they purchased used waffle production line and poked around at the crumb contaminates within the gears, under conveyer belts, etc. The company had to take everything apart and pressure wash it twice before it could operate to a safe standard.
